Tradition Turns the Page

Sometimes, even icons need to evolve. The George, a reinvention of the iconic Georgian Dining Room at Fairmont Olympic, Seattle, captures the grandeur of its timeless history – soaring classical ceilings, oversized arched windows, and a legacy that commands respect. We created a custom name and an Art Deco–inspired monogram blending the upper and lowercase initials, a symbol of the unique link between history and today. Through smart design choices and strategic branding, we helped elevate the space, honouring its rich heritage while transforming the experience for today’s guests. Personal, effortlessly inviting, and contemporary.
